This frame-based site has been designed to be simple to use and easy to browse
especially using low-speed modems. The site has been carefully designed to
use images which are of a small file size - consequently the images may appear to
be of low quality but are faster to download. We hope you are not too disappointed
that the site does not contain fancy graphics, moving images or special effects.
The site uses style sheet technology which may not be available to people using very old
browsers. New pages are checked with an HTML compliance utility to ensure
that they conform to the HTML 1.0 Standard and therefore are suitable for the major browsers in use.
Attention has been paid to alow the site to be used by people who have turned 'graphics'
off in their browsers or by partially sighted people.
Cookies are not used by this site. Visits by users to the site will be logged in web server logs which
are later used to analyse volume of visits, errors and search engine words in an effort to improve the
web site for visitors.
